EClient stole my identity!

This company is a totally fake scam site. If you sign up as an expert, they can use all your submitted information and documents to commit identity fraud. Also, their users get conned out of thousands of dollars. Avoid it like the plague. I got totally abused and who knows what those people are doing with my personal details. People like myself who got used by eClient now live in fear of using any online services ever again. I know people who had their entire bank accounts emptied by this company one way or another. I hope they get shut down by the police.

We are a great company that respect the privacy of all our clients and experts. Personal information is stored and encrypted with the maximum level of security.

Clients can only use credit cards to pay for their services.

We never ask or get any banking information.

Clients are protected by their credit card company.

We spend lots of efforts in building our credibility and reputation.

Since there is no way of knowing who has posted this comment, it could be a competitor or anyone that is not satisfied for other reasons that the one specified into this post, all theses serious accusations are simply fickle and untrustworthy.

ECLIENT DOESN'T PAY SOME OF THEIR EXPERTS AND USES FAKE PRESS CREDENTIALS ON THEIR SITE

This is addressed both to Experts and callers to this brand new company eclient.com. I signed on to be an Expert in matchmaking even though there wasn't a specific category for that at the time. So to make more money for them they put me into two categories that I had nothing to do with, My Health and My Future (which is all psychics). I insisted they remove me from My Health as it was inappropriate and not fair to callers. This "company" BTW does not vet experts. So anyone could sign up claiming to be an expert in any of their categories and be a total fake. I worked for a few weeks taking calls while the callers thought they were calling psychics and I thought they were calling a matchmaker! I spent hours writing back and forth with them giving them suggestions as to make things run smoother as well as time spent taking the wrong callers. Finally after I insisted I was still in the wrong category they pulled my profile for when they made a category that I SUGGESTED call My Love. Now they have lost my profile and have refused to pay me the tiny bit of money they owe me. Experts, if they don't pay small amounts they for sure won't pay you the larger amounts they owe you. In addition, they have posted several TV shows and media giving the impression they've been vetted and covered by them when there is no evidence they have been covered by anyone. I will be notifying these outlets about this so they know this company is fraudulently using their logos. I would not recommend this company to Experts or callers!

CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT ECLIENT STILL HAS NOT PAID ME. I do not have a PayPal account, which they know.

Below first they said they mailed the check, then they said they put it in my PP account (which I don't have), then they said again they mailed it...NOT! I will be contacting the Attorney General's office tomorrow.

$23 can you believe it???? IT'S TOTALLY THE PRINCIPLE!

Mrs. Michele Fields,

You received your check already and this case is resolved.

After conducting a search on your internet behaviors and twitter account we see that your motus operandi is to post many bad comments on many websites that offers services like yours.

We believe that this behavior is not honest and it's a bad practice.

We take great care of our experts and clients by answering each one of them. You sent us so many emails and tried to confuse everyone here at eClient and then took this to the public domain for only 23$

We will let the public judge by them self.

Cordially, eClient Team

This is the last minute that I will waste on this company. Just go on their site and read their contract.

They do no background checks, I believe it says that in the beginning (unless they changed that after reading this).

Yes, the public should judge based on your own emails printed below how you conduct your business.

All of this was not just over the fact they didn't pay such a small amount...there were a million other factors, some of which are listed below in my emails to them and their responses.

Now that I've outed them, now they claim to do a background check. That's rich.

My advice is just be careful of any services like this that you call and over-bill you as is specified in other complaints about eClients.com or that you, in good faith, try to work for.

I wasted so much time trying to give them suggestions how to make things run smoother for everyone, that's why so many emails, and they really don't care based upon their attack on me (who they didn't pay until I made a big fuss) and who tried to work for and with them.

NEXT STOP ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE...I've wasted waaaaay tooooo much time with these people. This needs to be looked into.

They can't even send me a tiny check!

Mrs Michelle Fields,

Like answered in the previous posts, You received an email from Paypal because we did send you the money by PayPal 2 weeks ago, but it was not claimed by you, PayPal sent you a reminder to claim your money, but as you told us that you don't trust PayPal and that you would like to receive a check. The check was mailed already to you and you should receive it anytime soon now.
